Can't exit the game

Hey,

I've recently downloaded the game again, but I've been having no end of problems that I never used to have (same computer). The most annoying atm is that I can't exit the game at all, whether I click exit or save & exit the game completely freezes. I can't access task manager or force stop the game so have to forcibly shut down my laptop every time.

I'm also having difficulty with sound, if my ear buds lose connection and reconnect the sound stops. I can't play sound again through any output device until I restart the game. Its making want to give up on the game all over again
