Sims 4 keeps crashing within minutes of gameplay - NO MODS CC

Since June 9th, which is around the time when the nature is calling event started, my game has been crashing non-stop.

i will start to play, load up my household and within 5 minutes it will crash.

i have tried the following: clearing cache, repairing game, uninstalling and reinstalling all content, removing save files in case of corruption, starting a new save with no other saves in game, disabling most of the apps that launch on my PC on startup, updating my game with every new update. I play with absolutely zero mods or CC.

and still nothing works.

i should add that I bought the sims 1&2 collections around the same time it was happening, I thought that might be the issue so I uninstalled those games and tried again but it didn’t work.

    JustJennyfer​  Are you playing with a fairy sim and/or in Innisgreen?  If so, does the game run better with a human sim in one of the base game worlds?  Please test for comparison's sake and let me know.

    Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
