Just bought SIMS Vampire pack via Amazon and can't find it in my EA games account. Amazon 'linked' the accounts during purchase. I am not a gamer and don't really understand how to find the game I bought 24 hours ago! Any ideas ???
Did you click on extra content on the base game ? It should be there.
If not, you should contact Amazon
Thanks for your reply. I can't check that at the moment as I uninstalled the actual SIMS game to try and solve the issue (I told you I don't know what I am doing!!) and now I can't reinstall it as when I try it tells me I have already used the product key! I own the disc and have it in front of me but can't use it! Why can't using a computer game be simpler!!! Waiting in a queue to chat with EA game about what to do!
@smudge4life Open Origin, log in using the same login and password you used to activate the game, you should be able to install the game.
All your expansions, game packs and stuff packs go under one picture in Origin. Follow these steps:
- Go to 'Game Library' in Origin
- Right click 'The Sims 4' and choose 'Game Details
A overlay moves in
- Have a look under the 'Extra Content' tab
There should all your Game Pack, Stuff packs and expansions packs show up.
