Can't Fully Participate in Social Events/Gatherings

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions: Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, and Get to Work. Game Packs: Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Dine Out, and Outdoor Retreat. Stuff Packs: Vintage Glamour Stuff and Spooky Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how it's caused, but I have a vampire in a pre-existing save that suffers from the glitch. Any other saves, or new ones I've created, don't suffer from this glitch.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. Whenever my sim starts a gathering, the other club members do the club activities, but my sim can't join the gathering. 2. Whenever going on a date with another sim, the date ends after a few seconds of the date. The little button of which displays the remaining time only gets to about a sixteenth filled. 3. I cannot select my sim as a host whenever starting a social event.
What do you expect to see? My sim being able to participate in gatherings, dates, and social events without any problems.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded the Sims 4 Seasons expansion shortly before the bug started, but I don't think that is what affected the game.
When playing the Sims, my sim can't participate in club gatherings, dates with other sims, and social events without experiencing one problem. For example, shortly after my sim starts a date, the date ends. There isn't any way my sim can start gatherings OR social events, but I haven't tried adding another sim to my household and then using that sim to start a gathering/social event. I don't know if this is relevant, but my sim is a vampire. I don't actually know if gatherings and social events are cancelled due to the same bug, but it's kind of strange the issues both started at around the same time.
I just realized my sim had the hidden trait "trait_Scarecrow"... I added the "trait_Scarecrow" via cheats, but I don't recall why. The scarecrow trait basically makes you like the scarecrow from the Seasons expansion, so I couldn't join social events.
