Can't get higher than 26 FPS Sims 4 PC

@bowserhh If you happen to be playing Sims 4 with the EA App in offline mode, try disabling Online Social Features, under Options > Game Options > Other. It's probably worth trying even if you don't use offline mode in case the App is not working properly.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also let me know whether playing with your computer offline, and with Online Social Features disabled, makes any difference. Even if you don't want to play like this going forward, and you probably don't, it's a useful test.
