Cant get off stage

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? Español
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 02.209
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions: All Gamepacks: All Stuff packs: Vintage Glamour, Movie Stuff, Toddler Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get on the acting stage when at the acting career at work. Try to get off the stage.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim can’t use stairs and can’t get off and it’s currently stuck.
What do you expect to see? Sim should be able to get off the stage, she can’t even go home.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

My sim is stuck on the acting stage on Get Famous. She can’t use the stairs and I can’t send her home.

    Save the game by option "Save as .. "
    Exit the game and go to Origin / Library / Right click on TS4 - "Repair game" option
    I had similar situations and the repair of the game helped.

    Hi @Aeren90

    do you have this issue after you've done all the tasks and the day is over or are you trying to leave the stage during your performance ?

    Could you test this with a different Sim if they have the same issue ?
