@izxpp If you use any mods or custom content at all, please move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then try again. You can test with a new save if you don't want to load your existing ones with no cc present.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@FateWolfGirl Just to be clear, did you add only the save file, or did you also add other content at the same time? If you added other content, please test it in smaller batches to see what the problem is.
If adding only the save file is an issue, does that mean you can't start a new save either, or that you can't load or play your main save? If only your main save is affected, please try loading a different household within that save and let me know whether it helps. You don't need to save your progress.
