Digital exclusive items from Bikini Bottom Bundle missing from Steam

Hello,

I purchased The Sims 4: Bikini Bottom Bundle from Steam, and I received the two kits, but not the digital exclusive items included in the bundle!

    Hi all,

    The bonus items for this bundle in Steam should now be available for you- to claim your content, be sure you're currently logged in with your Steam account, and head to the Steam store here. You'll then see an option to add the bundle to your account at no charge. Once you complete the purchase, your bonus items will be available to download.

    Same! I've contacted Steam, rebooted, repaired my EA app etc etc. Really hoping to get the bonus items soon! Especially the Fish Tank!

    When entering the game after the purchase there's only welcoming from the two kits, after entering build/buy the bonus objects are nowhere to be found. There are categories highlighted in gold, but no new objects are displayed. It's not a tagging issue, as I've alredy press the search button and nothing new appears. The guitar, aquarium and children pirateship are missing/innaccessible.

    I’m wondering if this issue only affects those who purchased the kits on Steam?
    I also purchased the two SpongeBob-themed kits on Steam, and these bonus items are not showing up in my game
