Can't install Sims4 after using Game Time

Past January I play Sims 4 Game Time in Origin for 48 hours. Yesterday I bought Sims 4 in a store and I tried to install it but I can't. On the screen appears a message saying: Error. It can't establish conexion with EA servers to activate Sims 4 (Game Time Origin) in that computer with your account. Try it later.
I don't understand why this error. Please I really need some help

    @MVensa7 Have you tried to register it on the same Origin account or a different one?

    Can you try again on the same account, to make sure? 🙂

    Yes I tried it every time with the same Origin account and it doesn't work. Have I register with a new account?

    @MVensa7

    Have you uninstalled the Game Time demo already? I'm thinking there might be some old/obsolete registry key registered on your pc corresponding to it that might be the source of your issue.

    I know creating a new account would probably bypass the issue, but I'd rather help you keep all your games under the same account for your own convenience. 🙂

    I'd suggest you manually uninstall Origin after uninstalling the demo, and reinstalling the latest version. That should clear up leftover registry keys and make it neat and clean!
