Live mode on the sims 4 not working
So, yesterday I tried playing, did my sims, went lo live mode and it's just a blue screen woth like the game iu and you can't play it. It's like the blue of the charging screen stays there and you can't do anything (there's a screenshot). I got mods out, I restarted, I literally uninstalled the game and installed it again and live mode just won't work, I don't even know what to do anymore at this point.
annieoliveira It looks like your computer may not have a proper graphics driver installed. If you know how, download the newest driver and install it, then restart your computer.
If you don't know how, or installing the driver doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
