cant install to win 10

HI, im having issues to install the game  we registered on origin but it Will not do anythigng after we press install in the pop up window. Kindly advise how to install to Windows 10.   we loggee...

Hi @Darkpuzz74 

do you have admin rights on your computer ? Maybe something is blocking the installation process like your antivirus or firewall ?

Do you only have issues installing Sims or other games too ?
