Will Iose all of my purchased kits if I trash the Sims4 lauch app from my EA App and re-upload it?

Keep getting error code:

ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]

Says Unable to start: The Sims 4 is already running.

Tried clearing Cache, also removed Mod Folder, and also tried "repair" on Sims App with my 20 purchased kits in EA App.
