Can't Load game after CAS

@xxclusivena  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you can get into live mode with the new save, start testing your mods in the new user folder, which is not exactly the same as testing them in the old folder.  (As in, I know you already did a lot of testing, but please start from scratch in the new folder.)  You can use the 50/50 method again to cut down on the work.

If you still have your old saves somewhere, it's fine to restore them once you've sorted through your Mods folder.
