ScottB9 It's not an EA-side issue—most players are running Sims 4 in DX11 mode without any problems. If you'd like help troubleshooting the issue on your end, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I believe a mod/cc is broken for the Sims 4 and I'm unsure how to fix it. I can see all mods and create a sim perfectly with no issues. Once I move them into a lot and try to load the lot, the game just sits on the loading screen. I've waited up to 30 minutes but cannot actually play the game. It looks like I'm running DX12 though?
