Can't move down in Cinematic Mode

Product: The Sims 4Platform:PCWhich language are you playing the game in?  EnglishHow often does the bug occur?  Every time (100%)What is your current game version number?  1.48.90.1020What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?  NoneSteps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  Go to Cinemaric Mode (TAB) and go down (Q) What happens when the bug occurs?  Can't move down. I have had TS4 for years and i have never been able to move down. I have reinstalled the game and windows and still can't. And it seems like i'm the only person in the world because i can't find anyone else with this problem. BTW i haven't messed with the game files and my keyboard isn't faulty.What do you expect to see?  To be able to move down.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?  Never used.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? You say it never worked for you so what keyboard layout (language) are you using ?

I use the czech keyboard but even if i switch it to american or any other, it still doesnt work

i've retested this and it does work fine for me. Is down the only thing that doesn't work in Cinematic mode for you ? Have you tried all the keys yet ?
