can't move/copy+paste sims 4 folder, can't launch the game

I've been having this issue for about 3 days now; I can't launch the game. Every time I do I get an error message saying there was an "initialization error" (attatched). I've tried SO many fixes and ...

@saikikugou   Please post your computer's dxdiag how to get dxdiag   Then attach the txt file that was created on your desktop to the paper clip in the lower right of the forum response window.

    @saikikugou It looks like the computer is trying to update Windows 10. First check to see if there are any upfates for Windows. Then free up as much space on the system device (drive c) as you can. Then try the game.

      @roberta591 There are no updates showing, apart from "optional updates". I will go & try to clear device space now. Thanks 🙂
