Cant Open Cheat Console With Razer Keyboard

@CastlesnSpain  Are you using OS X 10.3 or earlier? You need to disable the shortcut in system preferences - keyboard and mouse - keyboard shortcuts.

You have a screen capture program running in the background. You need to either stop it before starting the game or change the key combination it uses (if possible). Since it started with the new keyboard the program likely was included with the software for the keyboard.

You wrote "it just captures a screen shot " so we know for a fact that you have a screen capture program running.

C by itself takes a screen capture in The Sims 4. It does not influence that you press ctrl + shift + c to open the cheat console. It is not the keyboard you change the key combo in but the screen capture program.

When the screen capture program triggers by you pressing the key combo you should be able to see its name.

Rightclick the taskbar and select Task Manager. Find the screen capture in the list select it and click End Task

If you have radeon check your settings. I had the same problem and in radeon under video, I believe, was where I found the same key combo. I Changed that and now my control+shift+c works like a charm in the Sims 4!
