Can't play Sims 4/ can't lunch

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The sims 4 can't lunch game with my pc. my system with windows 10 64 bit , i7 6820 HK , 64 GB ram and I can't play sims 4, and it's not lunching at all. getting error while lunch ( the sims has stopped working) ( a problem caused the program to stop working correctly, widows will close the program and notify you if a solution available ) and there is no solution from windows and I tried to reformat and install fresh games 3 time and having same issue. so please help to play the game. thanks.     Repair doesn't work. My game won't leave Manage Worlds since 8/22. Repaired twice, no change. No mods, no ccs. All EPs worked well until August 22 patch, then stuck in manage worlds ever since.
