Enchnated By Nature - World not Loading

I recently installed the Expansion Pack - Enchnated by Nature but I can't access the world as it is greyed out.

I looked up a fix and i can confirm i have done the following

cleared app cache, deleted the EP 19 folder, a clean install of the game (no mods or custom content) repaired the game in EA app.

I even removed all the other game/expansion packs to leave just this one installed but it still wont work. i have paid good money for something thats broken.
