Can't run game with the video card?

Hi guys, I was playing normally until today when the game was unable to launch and I got this message that I can't run the game with the video card of the system. The thing is I could run the game up...

    @MalikhooliaD  All the errors in your dxdiag are related to a Bing service, so if you're not using Bing Desktop or anything like that, you may want to disable it.  You can kill it in the Task Manager for one session, or uncheck it in the TM's Startup list to keep it from starting with Windows.

    As for the Sims 4 issue, please look for TS4_x64.exe in the game's program files.  Unless you changed the default install location in Origin, the full file path will be:

    Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

    If you don't see TS4_x64.exe, that's probably why Origin is downloading the Legacy Edition, if not why it's throwing the error.  Avast sometimes deletes the .exe and won't let it reinstall.  What you can do is try repairing the game, which would normally put the .exe back.  If it doesn't, set an exception in Avast for Origin.exe, repair again, and set an exceptino for TS4_x64.exe as well.  If the file still doesn't appear, you may need to temporarily disable Avast to get the file to reappear, then set the exceptions before Avast has a chance to interfere.

    @puzzlezaddict just to update you, I checked my task manager while I was charging my phone which was showing the yellow ! mark, so I tried to disconnect the phone and, surprise, it worked. I have no idea how those two are related but it seems that this was the issue going on. By the way, I did check and I found the TS4_x64.exe in the directory and it all works fine so thank you so much for your help anyway! ♥

      @MalikhooliaD  That's definitely strange, but it's nice to have such a convenient solution.  What port was your phone using to charge: what kind, and where was it connected (e.g. USB 3 type A, back panel/motherboard connector)?  Did you need to disconnect only the phone, or the cord as well?  It would be odd for this to interfere regardless of the details, but stranger things have happened.

        @puzzlezaddict I had it connected to the USB 3.0 if I'm not mistaken with the name (the ''blue'' one)  & to answer your question, I only disconnected the phone but kept the cable connected. It's quite new to me anyway because I've been playing with my phone connected for years now and nothing like this has ever happened so I am definitely confused and I need to find the issue.
