Can't save any builds to the library

I have an issue where when I build lots in the Sims and try to save the lot to my library or try to upload it to the gallery, it doesn't work and says there's a server issue. I've tried disabling mods, removing the mods folder, removing my tray folder, deleting my local cache file, lowering the graphics, repairing the game, and even removing the entire Sims folder, completely restarting the game. Nothing worked. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? This wasn't an issue two days ago, and I didn't change anything about my PC, mods, or game in that duration.

The behavior is that when trying to save each of the floors takes a while to load, and when switching between the floors, prior to saving, they also take a long time to load again. Saving also takes a while before the error shows up, but the game doesn't crash.

If this is necessary, I have an HP Spectre x360 and have Bitdefender antivirus installed (I've made the antivirus exception for the Sims and EA applications already).
