hello everyoneon the last thursday, the sims 4 was updating and the pack was going out.my sims families were damaged and no more.the problem is that when i go to build mode and i want to build a wall, i don't see the wall. this is very strange.the money is going low, I can not even go back with the arrows.it seems like the game is stuck.Another strange thing is when I go out from the building I see the wall built up and then I can not delete it.That strange thing happens to me with objects in that when I put them in a certain place, they do not stay there and continue to move with the mouse.i cant play!!!!!!!!!!!!!please help me!!!!!!!thanks!

i dont remember what i did exactly. i looked on the one of the links you sent me in the first problem page and itt worked. the links helped afterwards.i rememberd i deleted some files (cache or saves). i put the saves folder to the desktop and started new game to open a new one.just follow the links to slove it 😕mileyhappy:

i tried to copy the saves folder and to do what you told but it didn't work yet.
i don't mind to start all over but i can't build anything and this is the main problem.
do you have any solution for this?

You need to move the folder, not copy.

Just use motherlode cheat for money. Please look at my problem on the problem page. It is called the sims 4 and my names Angelllliica.

i tried to do a reinstall. i did a backup and moved my saves folder to the desktop and after the reinstall i moved it to the sims 4 folder.
i tried to repair the game.
after all these things i tried to see if the problem sloved. i went to build mode and i still cant build a normal wall outside the house.
inside i can to build a wall and to see it, in the begining i cant to see the wall but after i go travel i can see the wall inside the house.
but there is a problem with the items too. it cant be anywhere and they are with the mouse.
something strange is that when i go to a house and build there walls in the yard that i cant see, after it when i go to a near house i see the walls
i built there. this is very anoying.
as you see the problem wasnt sloved very good. i dont know what to do.
what to you say about the walls problem? what do i need to do?

Did you try without moving any saves back ?

Start a new game after removing the saves folder ? Not just copy somewhere else but move so that it's no longer in the documents folder ?

Everything didn't help. I don't know what to do. Are there anymore solutions?

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.

Just rename the folder and not put anything back. Then start a new game and see if it works in that.

i did it. i did all these things and the game isnwt working yet. the walls are invisible. Just when i build a wall and go to travel, i see after it the wall. i cant play normaly almost 4 weeks. what to do?
