I used to play Sims4 in Simplified Chinese, today I set the game into English and now I can't get it back to Simplified Chinese. When I try, it automatically turns into Traditional Chinese.
I tried fix it for several times but still no. Do I need to re-install the game?

If that doesn't help, you could manually delete the language strings and repair again. Rather than deleting every string in one go, try one or a few, either base game or from packs where you're familiar enough with the content to know where to look for any change. The files start with Strings and contain the language and region, for example:
Strings_EN_US.package
Strings_CHS_CN.package
Strings_CHT_CN.package
The base game strings are in [install location]\The Sims 4\Data\Client. The packs have multiple files, but the game uses the ones in [install location]\The Sims 4\Delta\[pack folder].
If deleting a couple of language strings files doesn't help either, then you could try editing the registry to specify Simplified Chinese. Let me know if you need help with this. Or you could do a clean uninstall and reinstall, which would remove the registry entries along with everything else.
