Can't start EA app.
Ok...I am unable to start the EA app without restarting my PC.If I don't all I get is a blank box.
Restarting the app doesn't work.

procian Try killing the EA App (if it's there) and the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager after the App is supposedly closed. The latter would be under background processes.
