Can't start game.

When I open the game a notification shows up saying "Let There Be Plumbobs Award." The background of the screen is dimmed and I can't exit the notification and start the game. I've clicked a ton, pressed space and enter, quit and restarted the game, but still nothing works. PLEASE HELP!!
