DLCs HELP!!!

I recently switched to a Windows system. I had originally purchased DLCs on both EA and Steam. Now, when I check on EA, it shows that all the DLCs have been successfully downloaded, but the game only has the Steam DLCs. In the game, the EA DLCs are marked as “Owned” but “Not Installed.” What could be causing this???

  • selina_sissy  To install the content you own in the EA App, open the App and click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.  Once the packs are installed, if they're still "deactivated" under Marketplace > My Collection, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button.  If that doesn't work properly, delete UserSetting.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and try again.
