Can't travel - travel menu doesn't show up

So after the Spa Day update I have not been able to travel with my sims.... Whether I use the phone or press "M" on my keyboard, when the world map loads, there is no menu or no option to click the lot I want to travel to... This is absolutely gamebreaking! I can't play if my sims can't go anywhere.... I also checked with removing all mods, restarting the game, checked for updates etc.
