Can't update Sims 4 on EA app

@gothboy_23 Same, wanted to update for the new ceiling update and their wasn't any option and its July now.

@Rennegadez  What game version are you running?  Please load Sims 4 to the Main Menu and look in the lower-right area.  The current version is 1.99.
