The Sims 4 not available in EA App (Lebanon or Middle East)

Hello everyone,

I’m honestly really frustrated and disappointed to be writing this.

The Sims 4 has been one of my favorite games for years, and it’s really upsetting to see that I (and apparently many others in Lebanon / the Middle East) can’t even download it anymore.

The game shows in my EA App account, but I can't install it. EA Support also confirmed it is not available in my region.

It’s really disappointing because this is supposed to be a free game that everyone should be able to access, yet players here are completely locked out for no clear reason.

It honestly feels unfair and discouraging as a long-time fan, especially when we’re just trying to enjoy a game that others can access normally.

I really hope someone from the EA team sees this and escalates it properly, because this issue is clearly affecting multiple users in this region and needs to be fixed.
