@TetePlex2006 Among the steps you tried, did you ever clear the EA App's cache?

If not, please do so now, and try again to repair.
If that doesn't help, how much free storage do you have? I'd suggest trying to reinstall the game without properly uninstalling it, just in case you can't reinstall either. The idea here is to rename the Sims 4 folder that contains the game's program files so that the EA App can't find it. The folder is likely in one of these folders if you didn't choose a custom install location:
C:\Program Files\EA Games
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games
This is NOT the folder in Documents, so please leave that alone.
You'd need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager before renaming the folder. Then create a new folder on the root level of the drive of your choice, e.g. C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games. Tell the EA App to install Sims 4 there and let me know whether it works. If it does, you can delete the old Sims 4 folder that you renamed, again with the App closed and its background service not running, to get the space back.
