can't use phone sims 4

Question

Sims can not call others or invite them over. Click it An sim resets An nothing happens. 8 can use phone to take photos An hire help but nothing else.

Another problem I have is game freezes for like 15-25 seconds over an over again. Like every 3 minutes or so. Any idea how to fix this?

Yes I already took them out An tried. phone works when there nothing in mods folder.  But game still freezes. I Have A Gaming Rig PC So I Can play Wit High Settings. Also I'm a CC addict I Have 5k CC files an Doin Gift the 50/50 method would take forever

It does sound like it's the CC.

Deleted all that I had that was on that list. Still phone interaction still does not work. They click Phone to call or invite sim over an they jus reset An stand there

Sadly I don't know what CC is broken, you'll have to find the one causing this.
