Just realized that this also applies to 'the swiveler.' When I was promoted to level seven, I had no problem getting the door. I should probably also mention that I moved when he was level six but I'm not sure that he had it to begin with.
Did you start at level 1 or level 3 ?
Level one.
Finally got around to test this but I can't duplicate. It unlocked fine for me.
Did you get a free copy of the desk ?
