CAS bug since Gender Update

SInce the Gender update all my sims look like in the picture (not only in CAS but in the whole game). I've already deinstalled my CC and reseted my game but it didn't help.

    You mean you renamed the user folder ?

    If so, try repairing the game. If not, try renaming user folder.
