CAS columns are missing items

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not 100% sure. It just happened when I reopened my game after updating in order to get the new bunk bed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The boxes within the CAS columns are missing. They aren't all missing, but most of them are.
What do you expect to see? A full CAS menu of items.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When attempting to fix this, I all mods from my mods folder, and it fixed the issue. When I put them back though, the issue pops back up. I don't know how to fix the mods that I have installed, in order to get this to stop occurring. I have attached pictures of what the issue looks like, as I have found similar issues on this website, but nothing exactly the same so far.
