CAS IS NOT WORKNG

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.52.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In CAS
What happens when the bug occurs? CAS does not work. When not useing custom content no sims or the option for story mode shows up and when I have custom content in the game the sim will show up but I can not click on it and there for not modify it. And its features are different. For example its ears are much smaller then possibl
What do you expect to see? That CAS should beworking. The sim would apear and be clickeble
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Hi @TheImfe just confirming that your game works as intended when vanilla (ie: no mods or cc) and 'repair game', along with deleting the localthumbcache.package file from your sims 4 folder?

    Mods and CC require maintenance to keep them in your game, if the modder has not updated it after a game patch/update it may be broken (you can check via the mod tracker for reported broken, etc mods). As there is undoubtably a broken mod / cc causing your issue.

    1. The process of culling & removing it, to find the broken mod is the only option though, you'll find it won't be 'all of them' but a few or even just 'one'.. 
    2. After every patch or game update, this is a necessary process, to add your mods back to your game, folder by folder and starting it each time to test to see if it's ok to play. (nb: you should keep them separated for ease of checking, btw)

    Also,  if you are new to using cc/mods please check my post here on maintaining your game.  as there is many tips including the 50/50 method and tools to help you fix your game and how to find the broken mod.
