I also had this problem yesterday so closing the game did not fix it
I moved this to Sims 4 forum from the Anthem forum thinking you were talking about the new expansion Cats and Dogs for Sims 4...if this isn't correct, then post which game you were talking about and a Hero will move it to the correct forum.
