Cats & Dogs Vet Clinic Glitch

So, tried it with no CC and it works. Then put back most of what little CC I had and so far it still works. So, maybe it is an issue with one or more of the CC files I had in there. 

Please remove your Mods and CC then test the game without. If it now works start adding your Mods/CC back while testing the game until you have found all that are broken.

I'm having the issue where I can't check in but allow or disallow patients is the only option. How do I check in?

Does your Sim own a Vet Clinic?
Do you have mod or CC?
If you are on PC/Mac -
Try removing (not disabling) mods / cc and delete the localthumbcache.package and any other cache files.
Test the game to see if the issues are still there.
If you still cannot check in after doing the above you may need to reset The Sims folder as described in the following link:

Is the pet a member of your household or a stray?

What is the age of the pet?
Only cats/dogs that are members of your household can be checked in at the Vet Clinic.
Kittens and / or Puppies are too young and cannot be checked in at the clinic.
