Re: Sims 4 Crashing/Freezing/Lag, Surface Pro 3/7

I hadn't used the game since probably earlier this year, and when I tried to boot it up after updating the game and my laptop to Windows 11, it just freezes on the loading screen. The music and sound effects still play, but the screen is just frozen. I noticed that if I ctrl+alt+del then reenter the game without closing it, then it unfreezes for like two seconds, and I've made it to the main menu that way, where it asks me to adjust the UI. I have no clue if that has anything to do with whatever is wrong with it, but I  thought I would include it anyway.

 I've lurked on a ton of threads with similar issues and tried everything suggested: repaired the game, deleted all my mods, cleared the cache, moved the folder from Documents to Desktop, and even uninstalled and reinstalled, all with no luck. I tried running the DxDiag to see if anyone would be able to understand what went wrong better than I could.
