CC Cas Background Glitching

What happens when the bug occurs? When I go to CAS, the background doesn't appear as it should be and only the half of the screen is replaced by it, and it's not even.
What do you expect to see? That Cas looks normal again.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated my game and now I have this issue.
After updating my game and everything, I noticed my CC CAS Background is looking weird and glitching and I don't know why since I used this background for some time, and it never did this.
