@KateLemonTea It looks like your CAS background mod, or one of them, is incompatible with the current patch. You'll need to remove the culprit and either find an updated version or go without. Be sure to delete localthumbcache.package as well.
If you can't figure out which file is the problem, use the 50/50 method to sort through your mods and custom content:
