nanaplum Please make sure the custom content is in the Sims 4 folder the game is actually reading. The location of this folder can change for various reasons. Here's how to find it:

The location has to match exactly. If it does, and the cc still isn't loading, please post a screenshot of the contents of the Mods folder, or whatever subfolder this cc is in. I'd like to look at the file names and types.
hi ive checked over the folder a couple times and made several ea tickets - i deleted all my custom content so this isnt an issue anymore but now the issue is that my game just wont open at all and force quits itself.
