    We fixed an issue that affected Custom Content Chairs that when slotted with certain objects it created Sims routing issues.

    Fixed in Patch 1.79.93/1.47

I'm still hoping that EA will fix this, because it's a big problem for me. I don't want to put a lot of time into a batch fix (unmerging, remerging tons of CC files) or changing every single build in my game.
