CC Showing Up In CAS but NOT In-Game!!!

In CAS my CC and Sim looks fine, but when I play in-game it looks like an ALIEN!!! Nude skin all through out the body, but when you pull up really close, you can kind of see some parts of the actual CC. I have a lot of CC and I never had this issue until the newest update. I haven't dl any new CC as of late, so all the CC I use are about a year old. Scripts and mods are enabled, not sure what else could be going on other than maybe some CC are just too old now.

I repaired game, uninstalled all the works. This happening to anyone else?

    @xbirdeee  I think it's pretty clear your custom content is broken, not updated for your current patch level.  You'll need to download updated versions of the items you want, or else remove them and use something else.
