cc

I am having trouble with CC in CAS.

So, I download the cc, my game is up to date, and the boxes are checked. The cc is in the right place to.

My cc shows up in the beginning with the little box. But, it is no were in CAS. 

Iv tried deleting all of them and starting over, iv tried creating a new mod folder to.

Before this, my cc was working just fine and all of the sudden just stopped. 

PLEASE HELP

    Try doing a factory reset of the game. Go to menu Start/ Documents/ElectronicArts - inside will be The Sims4 folder. Rename this The Sims4 folder to "The Sims4 old". Fix the game in Origin
    Turn on the game - new game folder will be created and you will have two - one old, one new. Take random sim and start a new game.
    Delete in the new game folder following folders: "saves" and Tray. Go to "The Sims 4 old" folder and copy your "saves " folder and paste it in the new game folder. Do the same with mods and Tray folders. Turn on the game and check if CC are showing up.
