Changing the appearance of Sims in Sims 4
How can I change the look of pre-made sims? How can I change the look of sims that I have already made and have been playing with for a while.
You can click on a mirror or on the wardrobe and you will be able to change your appearance. If you want to change the physical appearance, you will have to use the cheats fullcasedit.
