KyliePelican Did you remove your entire Mods folder? If not, please do so now. Please also let me know whether you've ever installed ReShade or any other mod-like software that goes into the game's program files, even if you removed it later.
Please provide a dxdiag as well. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
