I don't really know what influences the setting, tbh.

Think that has something to do with your privacy settings in Origin.
Check on those.
I did check all settings several times before posting here but all is switched on. (in game and origin)
Tried the reset again but i cant see if it worked until someone post something.
I wonder if more people have this problem since so many are turned off (or is that my bug too lol?)

Yes they can and do.
I'm having the feeling more people struggle with this. I seen some asking for feedback with a closed messagebox in library but open on their creations.
It's hard to tell cause if i look at my messagebox it looks like it's open and i can type in it. Could be that some dont know it's not working proper?
