@AC2011999 I'm sorry for the late reply; it looks like your post was only moved to this forum in the last few hours.
If you want to save the most money, your best bet is buying locally, directly from another user, through Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. Used monitors can be extremely cheap, and you can test the monitor in person before handing over any money. If the monitor doesn't have any visible issues and is less than five years old or so, it should be fine for a while. I can walk you through testing and what specs to look for if you'd like.
If you'd rather get a new monitor, please let me know the size as well as the specs of the computer you're going to connect it to. There's no point in spending extra for features you wouldn't be able to use.
