cheat box wont open

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? IDK
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? city living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? The cheat box wont open
What do you expect to see? Lack of cheat box
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When I press CTRL + Shift + C nothing happens.

    Hi;

    If you're having issues with a base-game issue, I would use the following steps:

    1: Make sure your game is up-to-date. (In Origin, right-click Sims 4, select Update Game.)

    2: Repair Sims 4. (In Origin, right-click Sims 4, select Repair.)

    3: If those steps did not work, a good resource is Carl's Sims 4 Master List for troubleshooting Cheat Box Issues, you can find it here.

    You appear to have a screen capture program running in the background that use this key combo. Either shut it down before running the game or see if you in its settings can change the key combo it uses.
