cheat console dont work in windowed mode
i have it in window mode and the console will not work at all
Try pressing ctrl+shift+winkey+c see if that works.

Hello,
The cheat bar won't pull up for me either, in any mode (windowed, windowed full screen or full screen), since I just updated.
I re-started the game, ran it as an administrator, tried repairing the game.
I do not have any background programs running that would have affected the cheat bar - and the update is the only thing that has changed on my computer.
All mods are disabled, and my base game and expansions are still not allowing for the cheat bar.
Any help would be great.

tried with mods disabled it dont work still it has to be a bug

How big do you have your window when in windowed ?
I've tried multiple scenarios and it always works for me. Are you sure the window is active when you try the key-combination ?

I have tried all the different display options. Windowed, full screen, windowed fullscreen, and non of them have worked.
I am using a PC that I built. This is the first time I've ever experienced this issue.
It was working fine before the last update.

the windowed is the max size like 1,920 x 1.080 its still not working and yes the window is active when i try to open it all it does it keep taking screen shots in the game it wont come up it only comes up in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen

If it's taking screenshots, then there's likely a program running that has the same key combination. It's a bot odd that it works in windowed or full windowed but either the keycombination isn't recognized properly and it thinks you're pressing C or a it's a program interfering.
Have you tried a clean boot ?

If it works in that mode, then it's a background program interfering and you will need to find out which one.Try the same. If it doesn't work, it might be best to either search for a thread that is about all modes or make your own thread. I'd like to keep this to the windowed one in case it turn out to be a problem for others.
